Zia Shlaimoun is a pioneering technologist and founder who has spent almost four decades working in computing, electronics, innovation, and energy.

Zia Shlaimoun’s professional career started at IBM Hursley. There, he worked as an R&D Engineer in the late eighties. He led several projects and acquired skills in collaborative innovation.
Subsequently, he served as a product engineer at Data Dynamics, managing the development and support of multi-user micro solutions. These early roles gave him exposure to cutting-edge technologies, positioning him well for future entrepreneurial ventures. In 1989, he co-founded Jilutech Systems, where he initially served as a technical director. He helped the company to scale its operations, generating several million dollars in revenue annually within just three years before
Mr. Shlaimoun became CEO of Atto Electric, where he patented and developed an energy-saving technology that reduced power consumption in induction motors used in the industrial sector . As CEO, he built Atto Electric into a global manufacturer and supplier of sustainable energy solutions for the industrial sector, winning both Innovator of the Year and Barclays Bank Commercial Innovation awards.
